These Terms of Service govern the use of timberflare.com and purchases made from TimberFlare. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

TimberFlare sells aftermarket portafilter handles and related espresso accessories. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, each one-of-one portafilter handle is the exact individual item shown in its product photographs and is sold only once.

Machine and size options identify the compatible portafilter-head configuration supplied with the item. A shared basket diameter does not guarantee compatibility across different machine platforms. Customers should review the compatibility information on the product page before ordering or contact customer service for assistance.

A filter basket is not included unless the product page expressly states that one is included.

3. Independent Aftermarket Brand

TimberFlare is an independent aftermarket brand and is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by La Marzocco, Breville, Sage, Gaggia, Rancilio, or any other espresso-machine manufacturer referenced on this website. Manufacturer names and trademarks are used only to describe product compatibility.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product photographs, materials, dimensions, compatibility, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and lighting may affect the appearance of color. If a listing contains an obvious error, we may correct it and will contact the customer if the error affects an existing order.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when TimberFlare sends an order confirmation and the item remains available. Because one-of-one products can only be sold once, an order may be cancelled and fully refunded if the same item becomes unavailable because of simultaneous checkout activity, a technical error, or an inventory discrepancy.

Customers must provide accurate billing, contact, and shipping information. TimberFlare may cancel an order reasonably suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment use, resale abuse, or a material pricing error.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Customers authorize TimberFlare and its payment providers to charge the total displayed before the order is submitted.

Import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country may be payable separately unless collected at checkout.

7. Production and Shipping

TimberFlare portafilter handles are made in China. Orders are dispatched from Beijing, China. Please allow 7 business days for preparation and final inspection before dispatch.

Shipping availability, methods, and estimates depend on the destination entered at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by customs, carriers, weather, public holidays, or incorrect address information. The Shipping Policy forms part of these terms.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Returns and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy. Qualifying defects in materials or workmanship may also be covered by TimberFlare’s one-year limited warranty. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s jurisdiction.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use this website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes; interfere with website security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape personal information; or infringe the rights of TimberFlare or any third party.

Unless otherwise stated, the TimberFlare name, website design, written content, product photography, graphics, and other original materials on this website are owned by or licensed to TimberFlare. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.

TimberFlare is not responsible for the content of unrelated third-party websites linked from this site.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TimberFlare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from website use, carrier delay, improper installation, incompatible machine selection, misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow care instructions. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at TimberFlare’s registered business address, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection available in the customer’s place of residence.
