Shipping Policy
Where We Ship
TimberFlare ships to the countries and regions currently available at checkout. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm whether shipping is available to your destination.
Production and Dispatch
TimberFlare portafilter handles are made in China. Orders are dispatched from Beijing, China.
Please allow 7 business days for preparation and final inspection before dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Shipping Cost
Free shipping is available for destinations currently supported at checkout. Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country are separate from the shipping charge and remain the customer’s responsibility unless collected at checkout.
Estimated Transit Time
- United States: approximately 7 business days after dispatch.
- Other supported destinations: approximately 8–15 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, or incorrect address information may extend delivery time.
Tracking
When an order is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation containing the available tracking information. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to begin updating.
Address Changes
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an address needs to be corrected, contact us before dispatch. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered the carrier network.
Damaged, Missing, or Delayed Shipments
If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and include the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
If tracking shows an unusual delay or the parcel appears lost, contact customer service so that we can investigate with the carrier. A replacement or refund will be provided when appropriate after the carrier investigation.
