Limited Warranty

Timberflare offers a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery for all products purchased through timberflare.com. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship
  • Defective components or structural issues under normal usage
  • Product failure to perform as intended

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage resulting from improper use, neglect, or accidents (e.g., tears, burns, scratches, pet damage, or water exposure)
  • Normal wear and tear, including color fading or surface marks
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs not approved in writing
  • Products used in commercial or non-residential settings
  • Products covered by individual brand warranties or purchased outside of timberflare.com

Timberflare reserves the right to deny any warranty claims that do not comply with the warranty policy or if fraudulent information is identified.

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact Us
    Email us at service@timberflare.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the defect.
  2. Review & Assessment
    Our support team will assess your claim within 3–5 business days. Additional information may be requested to verify the issue.
  3. Resolution Options
    If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following solutions depending on the situation:
    • Full refund
    • Partial refund
    • Replacement of affected parts
    • Full replacement of the product
    Approved resolutions are typically processed within 14 business days from claim approval.

Important Notes

  • Warranty claims must be submitted within 12 months from the date of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs during warranty evaluations. We will cover the cost of sending replacement items for valid claims.
  • Replaced or repaired items will continue under the original warranty period from the date of purchase.
